Terms & Conditions for Lawyers and Legal Professionals

Musheer is a legal marketplace platform, including its website and associated services and content (collectively referred to as the “Musheer”), is provided by Neo Logic Squad (Private) Limited, hereinafter referred to as “Musheer” or “we.” These terms and conditions govern your use and access to Musheer as a Lawyer and/or a Legal Professional. By accessing and using Musheer as a Lawyer and/or a Legal Professional, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in addition to our general Terms of Use, Revenue Sharing Agreement and Privacy Policy.

1. Account Approval Process:

All new accounts for Lawyers and/or Legal Professionals must undergo a thorough review and approval process conducted by Musheer. This process may include the submission of additional information and documents for verification. Upon the approval of your account, you will be notified and gain access to the Platform based on your designated subscription plan and access level.

2. Representations and Confirmations:

By registering as a Lawyer and/or a Legal Professional and maintaining an active account on Musheer, you expressly confirm the following:

• You are an employee or partner of the law firm, or you have your own practice.
• You are duly entitled to practice the legal profession in the jurisdiction where the law office you represent is located.
• Your employer in case of a law firm has provided explicit consent to your registration as a Lawyer and/or a Legal Professional with Musheer.
• All information within your profile is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Conduct and Compliance:

While utilizing Musheer, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times and in strict adherence to applicable laws, regulations, codes of conduct and ethics, and professional rules governing legal practice in the relevant jurisdiction.

4. Responsibility for Content:

As a registered Lawyer and/or Legal Professional, you are solely responsible for the content you post or place on Musheer, including any legal information shared. This content must fully comply with all applicable laws, rules of professional conduct and ethics, and regulations, including those related to the unauthorized practice of law.

5. Photo Upload Guidelines:

Only a photo headshot of yourself is permitted on your lawyer profile. Photos containing text, including law firm or third-party branding, animals, landscapes, plants, other objects, or cartoons may be removed at Musheer’s discretion.

6. Acknowledgments and Agreements:

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Neo Logic Squad (Private) Limited doing business as Musheer operates as a technology company and is not engaged in providing legal or consulting services.
• Musheer, its officers, agents, or employees bear no liability for any obligations or liabilities of a client introduced to you through Musheer’s marketplace.
• Your relationship with Musheer does not establish a partnership, principal-agent relationship, or employer-employee relationship.
• Registration as a Lawyer and/or a Legal Professional creates a contractual relationship with Musheer, and no other relationships, such as joint ventures or fiduciary relationships, are established.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

Musheer reserves the right to update and amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. By continuing to use or access Musheer after any revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
